CapCab India Ltd has been established with a mission to develop technologies and products based on three themes of the environment, safety and
information and thereby help advance the environmental and safety
performance of various industries. We are a leading manufacturer and exporter of Power
& Control Cables, LT XLPE Cables, HT XLPE Cables, Building Wires,
Flexible Cables, PVC Insulated Winding Wire & 3 Core Flat Cables,
Instrument Signal Cables, Special Cables, Extension/Compensating,
Leads/Cables, AAAC Conductors, ACSR Conductors, Aerial
Bunched Cables, Jelly Filled Cables, etc.

Quality Assurance
CapCab
India Ltd. operates a quality management system which complies to the
established national and international standards of BS, IS, IEC,
ASTMD, ANSI & DIN. Our cables are licensed to carry ISI mark for
IS-1554/IS-694/IS 7098. Quality raw materials like aluminium, copper,
PVC, steel, etc. are sourced from reliable purchase from established manufacturer.
We
have a team of quality control officers who ensure that quality is
maintained at every level of production. All our products regularly
undergo Type and Acceptance Tests as per IS-1554 Part-I & IS 694/IS
7098. The company has an in-house testing laboratory that checks all
the products for any kind of production flaws or discrepancies. The ISO
9001:2000 certificate accredited Norse Akkreditering to our products is a testimony to the excellent quality of our products.
Infrastructure
Well
equipped with massive manufacturing base, we have the ability to give
desired production within the stipulated frame of time. Our
state-of-the-art manufacturing units at Bhiwadi in Rajasthan comprises
of advanced technology, sophisticated machines with experienced and
talented experts, technocrats, professionals and workers. The team of
professionals comprises of engineers, scientists, technocrats etc. Due
to their vast experience in the industry, they are aware of all kinds
of precautions and parameters that have to be kept in mind during the
production process. To further help them keep abreast of latest
advancements, the management at CapCab India Ltd. conducts regular
training sessions. In order to ensure premium quality of the final
product, we also have in-house wire drawing and PVC compounding
facilities.
